Do you know you can lie still on your back and learn to release tension, pain, and tightness and also overcome your inability to fall asleep? This is what Yoga Nidra is all about. Nidra means sleep. As long as you can lie on your back you can learn how to do Yoga Nidra. I will share with you the techniques you can use in yoga Nidra to relaease phsical & mental tension or pain and ain control of our life.

In this workshop you will learn the various approaches to doing Yoga Nidra and also the essentials of Prana Yama techniques.

Both these technqieus can be practices by beginners with no prior knowledge of Yoga.

I will demystify Prana Yama and show you how you can regain your mental & physical health , reduce allergies .
