 I will share with you the techniques you can use in Yoga Nidra to release physical & mental tension or pain and gain control of our life. In this workshop, you will learn the various approaches to doing Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra techniques can be practiced by beginners with no prior knowledge of Yoga. Deep relaxation with Yoga Nidra after a long day’s work will calm the nerves and reduce the inbuilt tensions and stress.

I will explain each stage of Yoga Nidra practice and show you how you can achieve deep relaxation in just one session of Yoga Nidra.

Yoga Nidra is easy to learn even if you are a complete beginner. Irrespective of your age or level of flexibility, you can learn and practice Yoga Nidra.

While it is normally done lying on your back on the floor, you can do it on your bed or on your recliner or even a wheelchair.  It can be done in the mornings, after your regular Yoga Asanas sessions or on your bed before you fall asleep. Yoga Nidra can form a part of your regular Yoga Practices, especially if you are prone for stress, anxiety, mental trauma, chronic pain or issues such as acid reflux or chronic tightness.
