Two years ago I underwent a heart stent procedure & from that moment I was obsessing about my well being to a point where it thrust me into an awfully dark place. I felt lethargic when I got up in the morning, felt I didn't have the stamina to perform anything, my sleep pattern was terrible and I was a frequent visitor to my family GP's clinic. Trust me it is not a healthy experience. Out of sheer desperation I turned to Nathan and that changed my life forever. I am not saying a miracle happened overnight, far from that. Miracle did happen but over a period. Naren is the one who gently introduced me to the mindfulness of living via yoga practice. Commenced initially with mindfulness of meditation then to body scanning extended that to pranayama and then to asanas. This is the best ever investment that I made on my health & well-being under Naren's guidance. I now practice this discipline daily without exception in a mindfulness way. No pretence No Lycra - but incredible big emphasis on breathing techniques while doing yoga asanas and most importantly you start with a warm up of every joints to prevent injuries. The only yoga place I can keep going few times a week because it’s high quality teaching at more than reasonable costs.
