5 STEPS TO MANAGE YOUR STRESS THROUGH YOGA PRACTICES, WORKSHOP

Are you feeling stressed in life, do you want to manage your stress and lead a life full of energy and positivity. If so, this workshop is for you. Stress is the most common cause of many diseases of the body and the mind. Whether it is hypertension, Thyroid disorders, eating disorders & obesity, depression, anxiety, or anger, the fundamental cause is stress. Therefore, you need to learn how to deal with stress. This workshop is done over two sessions of 2.5 hours each.
In this workshop we cover
- What is stress – understand stress before you deal with it
- Types of stress – there are various causes of stress, be aware of them so that you can deal with them
- How to identify symptoms of stress – know some of the common symptoms so you can self-assess
- Assess your chances of being affected by stress – Understand how prone you are to stress
- How to deal with stress through Yoga practices – learn about the various techniques in Yoga to deal with stress
Who should attend:
Anyone interested in dealing with stress.
Fee:
$40.00 per person for both sessions (recommend attending both sessions)
When:
2 sessions of 2.5 hours each, starting Saturday, 28th August 2.30 pm to 5 pm and 4th July 2.30 pm to 5.00 pm
Where:
5, Janter Close, Willetton WA 6155 (parking on driveway and lawn)
What should you bring: Bring a yoga mat, drinking water, and a towel.
