At Sanatana Yoga Academy, our Live Yoga sessions cater for beginners as well as serious Yoga practitioners. Apart from the following in- person Yoga Asanas sessions held at our studio we also offer customised plans for groups or individuals, and corporate Yoga at our studio or via Zoom upon request.
