At Sanatana Yoga Academy, our Live Yoga sessions cater for beginners as well as serious Yoga practitioners.  Apart from the following in- person Yoga Asanas sessions held at our studio we also offer customised plans for groups or individuals, and corporate Yoga at our studio or via Zoom upon request.  Mid-Morning Gentle Yoga for beginners & Seniors: 10.30am to 11.30am Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays  – Are you packing meals for   children, dropping them at school, getting back from your Fly in Fly out (FIFO) job , or a retiree wanting to maintain health? This Gentle   Yoga is suitable for beginners & Seniors

 Weekday evening Yoga to shed your tensions after work: 6pm to 7pm on Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays 

 Destress with Weekend Yoga 7 am to 8 am – Shake off the tensions of the week with a session of strong Yoga asanas and chanting. Suitable for experienced practitioners. Beginners too can enjoy doing what you can do within your capacity.

Venue: 5, Janter Close, Willetton, WA 6155 ( please bring your own mat/props/drinking water)

There are many reasons why your body might have lost it’s flexibility, lack of physical activity, stress, injuries, intense strong workouts all can lead to tightness. We will assess your individual situation and help you regain your flexibility

Yoga for backpain

There are a variety of reasons why Back pain is caused. A thorough assessment including scans will be needed to be done by your doctor to assess the specific reason or reasons for your back pain. Accordingly, we will formulate Yoga practices to help you body and mind in dealing with pain and enhancing your pain resilience.

Yoga for athletes

You might be a peak performing athlete in your chosen sport, be it running, rugby, soccer, Australian football, weightlifting or cycling. Yoga asanas and related Yoga practices can help you warm up, warm down and maintain injury free sports practice. These sessions will target specific issues such as tight hamstrings, tight hip flexors, tight back muscles or plantar fasciitis or other issues that you may be experiencing. We can work with your coach, doctor, physio therapist to deliver custom programs for individuals as well as teams to unleash your full athletic prowess.

Yoga for diabetes

If you are having Diabetes you need to check whether you have Diabetes Type 1 or Type 2. Your doctor can perform tests and diagnose your condition. Diabetes type 2 is a disease that can cause widespread damage to your internal organ functions as well as your nervous system.
