Two years ago I underwent a heart stent procedure & from that moment I was obsessing about my well being to a point where it thrust me into an awfully dark place. I felt lethargic when I got up in the morning, felt I didn't have the stamina to perform anything, my sleep pattern was terrible and I was a frequent visitor to my family GP's clinic. Trust me it is not a healthy experience.

Naren is the one who gently introduced me to the mindfulness of living via yoga practice. Commenced initially with mindfulness of meditation then to body scanning extended that to pranayama and then to asanas.
