At Sanatana Yoga Academy, our Live Yoga sessions cater to beginners as well as serious Yoga practitioners. 

Yoga session times:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays:

Gentle Yoga from 10.30 am to 11.30 am, suitable for beginners. 

Work out your tensions of the day from 6 a.m. to 7 pm.

Saturdays & Sundays:

Energise for the weekend and coming week with storing yoga, 7am to 8am.

Apart from the above in-person Group Yoga Asanas sessions held at our studio we also offer customised plans for groups or individuals, at our studio or via Zoom upon request. Accordingly, we will formulate Yoga practices to help you body and mind in dealing with pain and enhancing your pain resilience.

Yoga for athletes

You might be a peak performing athlete in your chosen sport, be it running, rugby, soccer, Australian football, weightlifting or cycling. Yoga asanas and related Yoga practices can help you warm up, warm down and maintain injury free sports practice.
